Things are going well at TrustLube in Old Gastel in North Brabant. At the end of last year, the company opened an office in Singapore to better serve its Asian and Australian customers. Today sees an extra Robodrill CNC machining centre going into operation to meet the growing demand. 'This is a conscious decision to create additional production capacity”, says Chiel van Daelen, managing director of TrustLube. The developments with our lubrication systems are moving so quickly at the moment, making flexibility, along with quality, an essential part of the production process.Previously, a large part of TrustLube’s components production was outsourced. 'We came to the conclusion that it is more efficient to keep the production fully in-house. As a result, we are better able to produce both small and large ranges that are repetitive in nature, says Chiel van Daelen’. 'TrustLube has an advanced production facility with Robodrill machining centres and various lathes and milling machines; the ideal tool for the skilled metalworker. The close cooperation with our qualified engineers means man and machine are perfectly attuned. We guarantee extremely precise tolerances, consistent quality, and excellent reliability from all our innovative installations.

During and after the production process, all components are tested extensively, described and documented in our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system. This keeps us and our customers constantly up to speed with the exact specifications and modifications of the lubrication systems used. This thorough approach has earned us a reputation for reliability, which has not gone unnoticed. In fact, the continuously increasing demand for TrustLube systems has seen us doubling our personnel and production capacity for the third year in a row. Nonetheless, the client still remains central and we work in a sustainable manner, where flexibility, quality and efficiency are paramount.
