TrustLube® Xtreme Pressure 500 is a market reference product for modern open gear lubrication with a unique technology that eliminates the need for black solids. Thanks to its unique formulation and technology, the product is extremely adhesive to metal, forms a very strong transparent thin lubricating film, and has excellent corrosion protective properties.
Primary applications
Heavily loaded large open gears, slewing ring gears, steel wire ropes, chains etc.

TrustLube® Xtreme Hybrid 2000

TrustLube® Xtreme Hybrid 2000 is a fully synthetic product for extreme long re-lubrication interval requirements. It saves energy through friction and running temperature reduction and is essential for performance improvements and maintenance cost reduction. This novelty grease extends re-lubrication intervals up to a factor of seven (7) depending on the application and adjusts to the ideal lubricating film thickness needed in different circumstances. The inert thickener can withstand solvent and acidic vapours, and metal working fluids and is also non- staining on aluminium. It is water-resistant and corrosion protective.
Primary applications
“One grease fits all”, electrical motor bearings (EMB), high-speed spindles, high-speed bearings, ventilator bearings in spray paint sections, etc.

TrustLube® Xtreme Water Resistant 2000 is the Lithium free multi-purpose NLGI-2 first choice option for extremely wet applications. The product is extremely salt and sweet water-resistant, has good sealing abilities to keep out water and dirt, and provides corrosion protection.

The product is extremely salt and sweet water resistant, has good corrosion protection and high extreme pressure load properties, and is also suitable for low temperatures.

This grease is a sustainability champion, absent of any toxic components, and validated by NEFAS Certification for use in the North sea.
Primary applications
Particularly suitable for extremely heavy loaded open gears, winches, jack- ups, and cranes operating in wet conditions in fragile environments. Also ideal as pipe-dope for off- shore and inland drilling (thread protection) and as an anti-seize compound.

Primary applications
Very suitable as pipe-dope for offshore and inland drilling (thread protection), as an anti-seize compound and for open gears, winches, jack-ups and cranes, operating in cold climate, wet conditions, in fragile environments.
