Complex systems with one greasing system and one lubricant
With our high-end greases TrustLube is able to grease complex systems with multiple types of equipment with one grease and thus with one TrustLube Automatic Lubrication system.
An example of this is the cable carousel onboard of the vessel of one of our customers. On this system TrustLube lubricates the track plates, bogie wheels and chain with Xtreme Pressure 2000. The track plates are located on the bottom of the carrousel and are set up in three rows with different lengths.
Specially designed applicators are installed to divide the grease evenly. Independent from the cable load, rotation speed of carousel and clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The drive chain rollers andlinks are greased with a TrustLube Sprocket Wheel that is made to fit.
The heavy loaded two roller tapered bearings are connected to the greasing system and have a separate dosage per track plate, due to the difference in load carrying capacity.
